Daybreak terms
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of Daybreak, a daily planner run by Caleb Kolstad. By creating an account or using Daybreak, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your Google account secure, and tell us at caleb@kolstadmedia.com if you think someone else has used yours. You need to be at least 13 to use Daybreak.
Your content
What you put in Daybreak stays yours. You let Daybreak store and process it only so the planner can work for you. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings. How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
Fair use
- Use Daybreak for your own planning, and only in lawful ways.
- Do not try to reach other people's accounts or data, or get around sign-in, limits or security.
- Do not overload, scrape or disrupt the service.
Accounts that break these terms may be turned off.
Connected services
When you connect Google Calendar, Asana or ClickUp, their own terms apply to your use of them. Daybreak only acts on them in the ways you set up.
The service
Daybreak is free right now and is offered as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop. If Daybreak is going to shut down, you will get reasonable notice so you can export your data first. To the extent the law allows, Daybreak and the people who run it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, from your use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top changes when they do, and continuing to use Daybreak means you accept the new terms. Questions: caleb@kolstadmedia.com.
